Role Overview:

We are seeking a Junior SAP Test Analyst with 2–3 years of testing experience to support SAP implementation and enhancement projects. The role involves assisting in test planning, execution, defect management, and documentation. Prior exposure to
SAP SuccessFactors
is desirable but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support test planning, execution, and reporting for SAP modules.
  • Execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.
  • Assist in preparing test data and test documentation.
  • Log, track, and retest defects to closure.
  • Collaborate with business users, SMEs, and development teams during test cycles.
  • Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ensure testing is aligned with project timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on testing experience in SAP environments.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and QA processes.
  • Exposure to SAP modules (HR, Payroll, Finance, or others).
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, qTest).
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
