
Acquistion Manager

Introduction:
Jinding is seeking a driven and strategic Acquisition Manager to join our Developments team. This pivotal role is responsible for securing land for future developments and delivering a robust pipeline of projects across Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia, with occasional support in other states.
As an Acquisitions Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute land acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead negotiations, feasibility studies, and due diligence for all acquisitions.
- Source and secure 'off market' opportunities through targeted outreach and mapping.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, landowners, and consultants.
- Conduct strategic assessments of catchments to identify target acquisition areas.
- Prepare and manage financial models and feasibility studies for internal approvals.
- Coordinate internal approval processes including submissions to executive committees.
- Manage project budgets and consultant engagements during acquisition phases.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in emerging markets or sectors.
- Prepare business plans, strategy papers, and board submissions for new initiatives.
About you..
- Proven experience in land acquisition or property development.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience..
- Relevant property or finance degree
- 5 years' experience with at least the last 3 in the Vic market
