About the role

This is a full-time Cleaner / Supervisor role at Puruplus Solutions' based in Southbank, VIC 3006. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across a range of commercial properties, as well as supervising and supporting a team of cleaners.

What you'll be doing

  1. Undertake hands-on cleaning duties to a high standard across a variety of client sites
  2. Supervise and support a team of cleaners, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met
  3. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
  4. Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment
  5. Liaise with clients to understand their cleaning requirements and address any concerns
  6. Assist with the recruitment, training and development of the cleaning team
  7. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Several years' experience in a commercial cleaning role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistently high standards
  3. Strong supervisory and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  4. Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  5. Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  6. Knowledge of cleaning methods, products and equipment
  7. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the cleaning industry
