Hunter & Barrel is firing up a brand-new location in Adelaide this October — and we're on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Lead Line Cook to bring it to life.

Full time salaried positions with training commencing at The Meat & Wine Co Adelaide immediately.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll guide and support the line team, maintain consistency in execution, and help create a kitchen culture built on teamwork, quality, and passion for great food.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 1 year experience on a flame or charcoal grill
  • Strong pans and pass experince is beneficial
  • Butchery and dry ageing experience preferred
  • Able to accurately work to standards and recipes
  • A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience.
  • A Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification
  • Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
  • Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
