About the role

We have an opportunity for a Learning and Development Officer to be part of our Education Development Unit, Learning Development and Delivery Command team. 

The Learning and Development Officer provides a key support and advisory service within Education and Training Command, servicing the whole of NSW Police Force. The role affords proficiency in the systems approach to training, specifically analysis, design and development, delivery and total quality management of learning and development products.

The Education Development Unit (EDU) is responsible for designing and developing high-quality, accessible learning solutions for the NSW Police Force. Working in close partnership with subject matter experts and lead educators, the team creates a wide range of learning products, including online modules, face-to-face programs, and blended training solutions.

Based at our modern Sydney Olympic Park office, EDU delivers diverse and meaningful projects that support the capability and safety of officers across a broad range of operational and professional contexts. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful work in a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
