To support our mission, we are currently seeking an effective Learning & Systems Coordinator to work out of our Head Office in a state-of-the-art building in Sydney Olympic Park.
You will be a key member of the Training, Learning & Development (TLD) Team within the People, Culture & Compliance (PC&G) function supporting the implementation of TLD strategies & initiatives.

The Opportunity
- Administer & improve the effectiveness of the organisation's Learning Management System (aXcelerate) & other systems as required
- Support the rollout of new training programs & business-wide TLD initiatives
- Develop TNA process, validate & identify required training
- Manage L&D inbox, triaging & resolving incoming queries
- Monitor course enrolments, completions, & assessment results; ensure accurate data recording/reporting
- Help configure frameworks related to Quality Standards & sector-specific regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with external learning vendors & platforms; participate in system enhancements
- Develop & maintain LMS user guides, FAQs, & training resources to support learners
- Limited general admin, mail & facility management duties
About You - Essential
- Proven experience in TLD & systems administration with a strong development mindset
- A relevant qualification, or equivalent experience in Learning and OD, HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or related discipline
- Exposure to learning management systems, adult learning principles, operational training environments & project coordination
- Data-driven approach to measuring impact & continuous improvement
- Highly developed research & problem-solving skills to develop practical solutions for process improvement
3 to 5 years experience in training, learning and development coordination
Strong stakeholder management ability across all levels of the business
- The willingness to flex outside the TLD work to support general administration
- Current work rights in Australia
About You – Preferred
- Exposure or expertise using aXcelerate
- Some skills & experience in instructional design & creating online learning content
- Strong facilitation & influence skills to build trust with senior stakeholders
