Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Project Scheduler to join our infrastructure team. This role will support the planning and delivery of major programmes through effective schedule management and analysis.

• Schedule Baseline Management – Facilitate the establishment and maintenance of schedule baselines across workstreams.
• Schedule Updates – Import and manage contractor schedules using Primavera P6.
• Progress Analysis – Conduct monthly reviews of progress against planned activities and forecast dates.
• Integrated Scheduling – Develop and maintain a unified programme schedule across multiple delivery streams.
• Schedule Alignment – Analyse and report on alignment between interfacing project schedules.
• Critical Path Reviews – Lead monthly reviews of the critical path and programme status with stakeholders.

Qualifications

We're looking for a detail-oriented scheduling professional with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Primavera P6 Expertise – Proficient in using P6 for schedule development and updates.
• Infrastructure Experience – Background in infrastructure or capital project delivery.
• Schedule Integration – Skilled in aligning multiple contractor schedules into a cohesive programme.
• Critical Path Analysis – Strong understanding of schedule risk and critical path methodologies.
• Reporting Tools – Familiarity with PowerBI or similar tools for schedule reporting.
• Communication Skills – Able to clearly present schedule insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
