– Join PPSS as a Project Scheduler

Looking for a career shift into project scheduling? PPSS is expanding, and we're seeking great communicators and strategic thinkers with a passion for precision and organisation to join our dynamic consulting team.

About the Role

As a Junior / Entry-Level Project Scheduler, you will work closely with the General Manager and Senior Consulting team to manage and support project schedules across various industries. You will have opportunities to work with various stakeholders on projects that may require you to work remotely (from home) and on-site to track project progression in real-time.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules.
  • Track and update schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage in discussions on activity planning, scheduling, and prioritisation.
  • Generate reports, including critical path analyses and progress updates.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, across projects to ensure schedule accuracy.
  • Contribute to project reporting and progress meetings.

About You

We're looking for a self-driven individual to be part of our dynamic, high performing scheduling team.

  • Hands-on project experience in multiple industries is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in project scheduling.
  • Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident and
    based in Australia
  • Some basic knowledge in Project Scheduling is advantageous but not essential
  • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project is preferred
