We're looking for an
Engineering Manager
with the versatility to lead across both
electronics and mechanical engineering
disciplines. Based on the stunning Gold Coast, this role combines technical depth with leadership responsibility – guiding a talented team while delivering innovative, real-world solutions.

About the Role

You will take ownership of engineering strategy, project delivery, and team development, ensuring seamless integration between electronic systems and mechanical design. From concept through to validation, you'll provide hands-on leadership across product development, testing, and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of electronics and mechanical engineers
  • Drive the design, development, and integration of complex systems
  • Oversee project delivery including budgets, resources, and technical milestones
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align engineering outcomes with business objectives
  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-team collaboration

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in
    Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
    (or related)
  • Proven leadership in engineering management with cross-disciplinary exposure
  • Strong understanding of both
    electronics hardware and mechanical systems
  • Experience in systems integration, product development, and testing
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide hands-on technical guidance when required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
