We are currently searching for a Load in Team Leader to join our Osborne Park team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday.

  • Lead a team responsible for pushing and loading beef into storage or processing areas.
  • Unloading the carcasses from the truck/container by pushing on the railway
  • Pushing all beef carcasses along the production railway into chiller rooms
  • General Housekeeping of unloading area
  • Ensure all safety, hygiene, and operational protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and QA teams.
  • Train new staff and monitor performance.
  • Report daily progress and issues to management.
  • General duties as directed.

About you

  • Must be physically fit.
  • Ability to push the carcasses weigh up to 150 kg
  • Able to work consistently and repetitively.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work 5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 06:00 am
  • Comfortable working in a chilled environment
  • Finishing time will be variable depend on the arrival of trucks.
