**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are on the lookout for an Internal Account Coordinator to manage a group of customers, assisting them with day-to-day enquiries, campaign activations, reviewing correspondence, maintaining monthly and quarterly reports, maintaining an internal database system and liaising between internal teams to resolve customer enquiries.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining customer relations with your assigned group of accounts
- Preparing excel files and uploading data
- Manage customer workflows through the facility ensuring critical dates are achieved
- Generate reports & provide material for routine reviews.
- Work with the Account Manager to measure, track and analyse key account metrics
- Resolve customer requests and problems in an effective and respectful way
- Update internal databases with account information
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns
- Experience with freight logistics
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised and able to multi-task requests for different clients ensuring that the work is completed in a timely manner.
