You will play a crucial role in delivering extraordinary hair services and contributing to the growth and success of our established business while delivering the quality services. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who want to grow further in their professional career in the area of hair and beauty services.

The ideal candidate/s will have the following skills and experience:

  • 1-2 years + experiences in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Recruiting, training and supervising staff
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Complete all work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.
  • Anticipate and attend to the guest's requirements and desires immediately.
  • Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members
  • Maintain high standards and lead by example

Key Qualifications & experience

  • Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum of AQF Certificate III or higher qualification in the similar stream.

Tasks & responsibilities (but not limited)

  • Delivering advice on hair care and other related products, cutting hair & treating the hair, shampooing hair and conditioning scalps, maintaining the standard of cleanliness of the venue, inventory management and stock control, placing appointments and collecting payments from clients etc

As a successful candidate, you will be offered immediate start and on a negotiable salary

Candidates with Australian citizens or permanent residency will be preferred.
