About the Role

We are seeking qualified and motivated Hairdressers to join our Just Cuts salons across the Illawarra region.

In this role, you will:

  • Cut, colour, style, and blow-dry hair for men, women, and children
  • Provide professional advice on hair care, treatments, and styling products
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and salon presentation
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every client
  • Support and mentor apprentices or junior stylists

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent overseas qualification)
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a qualified Hairdresser
  • Excellent cutting, colouring, and styling techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented salon
