We are looking for a skilled Senior Hairdresser to join our team on a part‑time basis. You'll be working Fridays and Saturdays with the potential to take on more days as the role grows. Availability during the Christmas period is essential. The ideal candidate has solid experience in cuts, blow‑dries, colour and highlights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high‑quality hair services including precision cuts, blow‑dries, full colour, highlights, and balayage.
  • Consult with clients to understand their style goals and recommend colour and styling treatments accordingly.
  • Work with our premium organic product range (Philip Martin's).
  • Build and maintain client relationships, encourage re‑booking, and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Collaborate with the salon team to maintain a clean, professional, comfortable environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' professional hairdressing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of women's hairdressing: colour, cuts, highlights, balayage, styling, and blow‑dries.
  • Experience with hair extensions (tape, mini, micro beads, and weft) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and client-service skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team, managing time and clients effectively.
  • Relevant hairdressing qualification/certification and salon experience.
