Apprentice / Junior Site Assistant (2 Positions Available)

We're a busy construction & renovation company looking for two new junior workers to join our team. Perfect for someone starting out in the industry and wanting experience.

  • Role 1 – Apprentice/Junior Labourer (Male or Female):
  • Assisting trades with basic site tasks
  • Loading/unloading materials
  • General clean-up and site organisation
  • Helping with deliveries
  • Taping/protecting surfaces
  • Other small jobs as directed
  • Role 2 – Female Site & Customer Assistant:
  • Assisting with minor labour/site tasks (floor protection, light lifting, deliveries)
  • Meeting customers on-site/showroom and assisting with selections
  • Helping with ordering/checking deliveries of tiles, vanities, fittings etc.
  • Light admin support (following up orders, organising schedules)
  • General site presentation and assisting the team where needed

Requirements

  • Must have own car and valid licence (travel between sites is required)
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
  • No prior experience required – training provided

What We Offer

  • $15–$20 per hour starting rate (with pay increases as you gain experience)

Pay: From $38,140.92 per year
