Junior Civil Engineer

JNR Civil is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior / Graduate Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career, gain hands-on experience, and be mentored by industry professionals on a variety of civil projects.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the planning, design, and delivery of civil construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Support feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Work alongside an experienced Project Manager both on-site and in the office.
• Help manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project documentation.
• Learn all aspects of the civil construction industry.
• Contribute to managing SWMS, HSEQ, and IMS systems.

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate (or near completion) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in both the field and the office.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Valid driver's licence and White Card.
• Enthusiasm, initiative, and a genuine passion for building your career.
