We're looking for a digitally-savvy, commercially minded professional to help scale our reach and to bring qualified new opportunities to the business with a focus on execution from lead to delivery.

Role Summary

This combined role brings together digital marketing execution with sales account coordination. You'll work closely with the sales and technical teams to manage campaigns that immediately generate leads and solid pipeline for the business. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships from early engagement through to post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns (email, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn) to attract qualified leads.
  • Run lead generation campaigns to our Web Store and maintain and update the website using (WordPress/Webflow) with fresh, on-brand content.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or GA4 to track and optimise campaign performance.

Sales & Account Management

  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated via cold calling, digital campaigns and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Assist with proposal writing, capability statements, and government tender responses.
  • Schedule and prepare for sales calls, product demos, and follow-up meetings.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and coordinate internal delivery handover.
  • Organise sponsorships and Expo booths including brochures, presentations & art work.
  • Maintain ongoing customer engagement through regular check-ins and targeted communications.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing and/or sales (tech, IoT, SaaS, cloud preferred)
  • Working knowledge of digital tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and basic graphic design (WordPress, Webflow, Canva or Adobe Suite).
  • Hands-on CRM experience (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Highly advanced communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Experience in organising conference booths and managing marketing efforts for Conferences and Industry Expos
  • Confidence dealing with clients and managing multiple stakeholders.
