At Nexgen Australia, we partner with global leaders like Cisco to deliver premium telco hardware solutions to the SME market across NSW, QLD, WA, and SA.

We're looking for seasoned outbound sales professionals who know how to prospect, build pipelines, and close business. This isn't entry-level – it's a role for proven performers who want their results recognised and rewarded.

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving quality appointments with SME owners and decision-makers
  • Generating warm leads and farming a strong pipeline of call backs
  • Running structured, high-quality conversations that convert into sales
  • Handling objections with confidence and turning them into opportunities
  • Consistently hitting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5+ years outbound B2B sales / telemarketing / business development experience (non-negotiable)
  • A proven record of smashing sales targets
  • Strong objection handling and closing skills that deliver results
  • Resilient, driven, and commercially minded
  • A professional phone presence with the ability to influence decision-makers
