System Analyst
- Location – Parramatta (access to hybrid work arrangements)

- Grade – Clerk Grade 7/8
- Salary – $113,574 pa - $125,720 pa plus employers' contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
System Administrator – Enterprise Audio Visual Technology
Step into a hands-on role where you'll keep complex audio-visual systems running smoothly across both projects and operations. You'll work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and turn data into insights that drive performance and reliability.
What you'll do
Be part of a high-performing team delivering and supporting audio-visual systems across the department — from large-scale projects to urgent repairs.
In this role, you will:
- Support AV hardware upgrades and refreshes
- Manage complex platforms and technologies
- Balance BAU tasks with high-priority projects
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions
- Monitor performance and ensure quality delivery
- Provide clear documentation for seamless handovers
What we're looking for
We're seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in audio and video systems to join our team.
You'll bring:
- Experience installing and supporting audio and video systems
- Familiarity with Cisco, Extron, Crestron, QSC, or Epiphan equipment (highly desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A valid driver's licence for on-site support across department locations
