We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Telephony Analyst to optimize our telecommunications portfolio across mobile, fixed voice, and internet services.
You will ensure cost-effective and efficient expenditure, support billing validation, and drive data-driven decisions that align with public and Aboriginal education policies.
The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with strong stakeholder collaboration to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining rigorous financial controls.

About you
Demonstrated expertise in telecommunications billing analysis, asset management, and service optimisation for mobile, internet, and fixed voice technologies.Proficiency in auditing telecommunications services, interpreting billing data, and managing cost centre allocations.Knowledge of telecommunications plans, including TIPT, GTA Option K, PAYG, and related service classifications.Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills.Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.Essential requirements of the role
Industry certification or equivalent experience in telecommunications, billing systems, or related fields.Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.Benefits

Renewal is not required after the WWCC expires, as long as you remain in a non–child-related role. Employer obligations only apply while the WWCC is valid.
