Indetail Pty Ltd is a bespoke commercial joinery manufacturer based in Sunshine West, delivering complex, architecturally designed solutions for award-winning construction and fit-out contractors across Melbourne.

We're on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Apprentice Cabinet Maker ready to kickstart their career and grow alongside a supportive, energetic, and experienced team. If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands and is eager to learn a highly respected trade - this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Learn

As an apprentice with Indetail, you'll be fully supported with on-the-job training and accredited instruction through the Australian Cabinet and Furniture Association (ACFA). You'll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of cabinet making, including:

  • Reading and understanding job instructions from the Production Manager
  • Identifying and selecting materials and hardware
  • Assembling cabinetry components (carcasses, doors, panels, kickers, etc.)
  • Performing quality checks using our structured QA system
  • Wrapping and prepping finished items for delivery
  • Learning factory safety, tools, and maintenance
  • Collaborating with experienced team members to solve challenges
