About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Administration Coordinator to enhance the financial performance of our procurement and inventory operations across all sites and vessels. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, this role involves overseeing inventory management, streamlining supply chain processes, and managing supplier relationships to improve cost efficiencies and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily storeman operations and purchasing activities, ensuring compliance and financial controls.
  • Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation for efficient tracking and auditing.
  • Assisting with stock management, including inventory checks and reconciliations to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Preparing timely reports on purchasing activities and cost performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.

About You

To succeed as the Procurement Administration Coordinator, you will need a strong blend of administrative expertise and financial acumen, with a focus on cost evaluation and inventory management (experience in procurement is desirable). Your effectiveness will rely on your ability to manage stock efficiently, streamline supply chain processes and ensure smooth operational flow.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in administration, finance, supply chain coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in stock or procurement systems (Revel or similar is desirable).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid analytical and reporting abilities to monitor stock levels and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in business administration, finance, logistics, and supply chain operations
  • Open Australian Manual Driver's Licence
  • Forklift Licence
