Construction, restoration & maintenance of concrete structures

Road & bridge construction and maintenance

Facility and operational maintenance works

Pipework – above & below ground, fabrication, etc.

Civil and maritime infrastructure projects

Fabrication and upkeep of structural elements

We're seeking a hands on, proactive Supervisor/leading hand to lead site crews and drive project success. If you're passionate about safety, quality and leading from the front, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Leading skilled crews across diverse projects

Planning daily operations and allocating resources

Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers

Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance

Building strong client relationships

Managing site reporting and documentation

Driving productivity and maintaining timelines

About You:

Experience in a supervisory or leading hand role (civil/mechanical preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction practices, plant & equipment

Confident communicator with clients, crews & stakeholders

Safety first mindset with a practical, solutions driven approach

Able to manage multiple work fronts and adapt to changing priorities

Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings

Trade background highly regarded

Qualifications:

Relevant trade and/or civil construction experience

Current Driver's License (HR advantageous)

Construction White Card

Additional Tickets (advantageous)
