We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Technical Architect
with a strong background in Salesforce development. This role requires a professional who not only possesses architectural expertise but also remains actively involved in hands-on technical work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing scalable Salesforce solutions while maintaining a deep understanding of the platform's development capabilities.

This is a senior and fundamental role to the Salesforce Practice, combining high-level architectural leadership with active technical contribution.

Role

  • Architect robust, scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and more.
  • Write high-quality Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to support critical solution components.
  • Bridge strategy and implementation - translate complex business requirements into secure, performant solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions with developers, admins, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Mentor junior Developers and guide development best practices—CI/CD, version control, code reviews.
  • Evaluate and implement third-party tools, AppExchange packages, and integrations (REST/SOAP/Platform Events).Experience Required
  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer, with recent hands-on coding in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
  • 5+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in an architect-level role.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, integration patterns, and governor limits.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, SFDX, Git, and deployment strategies.
  • Strong communication skills—able to talk dev-to-dev or C-suite strategy.
  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred: System Architect / Application Architect / CTA (or on the path).
  • Consulting experience highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
