Are you a designer with experience across a range of digital mediums? Are you passionate about creating and collaborating to generate engaging content? Would you like to become a member of a small and dynamic team across two exciting and diverse eCommerce brands?

We are Aquilia Group, a growing Melbourne based ecommerce business operating two flagship brands and we are looking for a creative all-rounder with strong graphic design and digital content skills to support branding, marketing and campaign delivery. This role combines design, content creation and digital marketing support across social media, email and promotional channels.

Our Perfect Match:

  • A tertiary qualification or industry experience in Graphic Design or Visual Communication design
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual ability and a unique range of creative solutions
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital graphic design, preferably in ecommerce, marketing agency, or in-house creative team environment
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with intermediate knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects preferred
  • Experience creating engaging digital marketing assets.
  • A passion for content creation, with the ability to produce highly engaging content (Reels, Stories, Tik Tok) that keeps our brands at the forefront of creative and trends
  • An interest in collaborating and facilitating UGC with external creators.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High level of organisation and ability to work to deadlines.
  • A team player who likes to work closely with the product and marketing team
  • Has their finger on the pulse & can stay ahead of the ever-changing digital design trends
  • Must have the right to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)

The Day to Day:

  • Create and design digital assets and visual content, imagery, and graphics for websites (including mobile), EDMs, paid media, and social media channels following our brand guidelines
  • Retouch product photography/ UGC imagery and design logos, branding and campaign materials.
  • Design and produce printed collateral, manuals, packaging and promotional materials.
  • Intermediate proficiency in video editing, with basic photography and videography skills for product shoots
  • Plan, design, and create engaging social content (Reels, Stories,Tik Tok)
  • Assist with the setup and support of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social ads.
  • Content planning and collaboration with external creators
  • Create and schedule EDMs (emails) in Klaviyo, including template design and campaign planning.
  • ·Contributing to the brand creative development & content strategy
