We're now seeking a Bell Captain who embodies this spirit a passionate leader who ensures every guest arrival is seamless, every departure memorable, and every moment in between handled with care.
About You
You're an experienced hospitality professional who thrives on creating warm, lasting impressions. A natural leader, you take pride in mentoring your team, anticipating guest needs, and fostering an environment of collaboration and respect. You lead by example, balancing operational efficiency with the genuine, caring service that defines ERDI in hospitality.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Bell and Valet team to deliver exceptional service in line with Pullman's Heartist ethos.
- Oversee daily operations of bell services, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and guest assistance.
- Plan and coordinate each shift, anticipating peak times and aligning the team for success.
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and coaching to promote professional growth and team excellence.
- Manage valet operations and vehicle movements safely and efficiently.
- Act as a brand ambassador connecting guests to our hotel facilities, local culture, and city experiences.
- Maintain strong communication with Front Office and Concierge to ensure guest needs are seamlessly met.
- Uphold Pullman's sustainability and community values through responsible and thoughtful service.
What You Bring
- Previous experience as a Bell Captain or Senior Porter preferred, ideally within a luxury or upscale environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with integrity and empathy.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- A Full Australian Driver's Licence, with proficiency in both manual and automatic vehicles.
- A genuine passion for people, teamwork, and service excellence.
