Position Summary:

- Be the “face of the hotel” - creating unforgettable memories for our guests through each interaction from arrival to departure
- Securely park guest cars, deliver bags and amenities in accordance with the hotel policies
- Lead the bell team in general operational tasks whilst assisting other front office associates
- Be an empowering supervisor by providing motivation and support to your department’s Ladies and Gentlemen
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain all features & hotel offerings,
- Be an expert on the luxury hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
- Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets
- Ensure all guest’s requirements and requests are anticipated and completed in a timely manner
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures

About You:

- A current driver’s license
- Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
