As a Workplace Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. This exciting opportunity involves managing a portfolio of properties, including offices, residential spaces, and storage facilities across WA & NT.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the property portfolio to ensure seamless operations and optimal use of resources
  • Leading facilities projects, such as office builds, moves/churns, resourcing plans, and minor fit-out works
  • Overseeing the Workplace Team to deliver exceptional office operations and workplace experience, including key facilities services (security, energy, cleaning etc), front-of-house operations, events, and client/employee experience
  • Ensuring compliance and maintenance plans are in place to ensure all workplaces run smoothly and efficiently
  • Supplier Account management across WA & NT, monitoring vendors to seek performance improvement and value where possible

You will collaborate closely with the Australia and New Zealand Workplace Team and the WA & NT Leadership team to achieve these goals.
