Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS cloud resources to ensure uptime and performance
  • Design and implement automatic scaling, load balancing, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Perform system updates and patches; manage cloud configurations with AWS native tools
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and client services to ensure 24/7 service availability
Requirements
  • Proficient with automation using PowerShell and Bash scripting
  • Deep knowledge of supporting and managing AWS Cloud environments using AWS native tools
  • Experience with AWS CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline and GitLab
  • Experience with EC2, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling Groups, RDS, S3, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, CloudWatch Logs, Events & alarms, and AWS Athena queries
  • Security Hub, GuardDuty, Firewall Manager, Config & IAM Analyzer
  • Managed NAT, ECS Fargate, Internet Gateway & Route 53
  • AWS Backup, Systems Manager, EFS, Lambda & Kinesis Data Firehose
  • Excellent in AWS Organizations, OUs & Service Control Policies
  • Hands-on experience with RHEL-based Linux and Windows OS
  • Strong customer support experience and ability to operate in a compliance environment
