About Our Real Assets Team

Our Real Assets team operates at the intersection of infrastructure, real estate, private capital and corporate M&A. We advise institutional investors, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and global asset managers on some of the most complex and high-value transactions in the market.

You will work directly with Ben Cosentino, a Leading Partner who has helped close over $40 Billion in real asset M&A deals, including:

  • Blackstone's $24 billion acquisition of AirTrunk, the largest global data centre deal
  • Blackstone's $10 billion take-private of Crown Resorts (ASX: CWN)
  • The $3.8 billion dual-track disposal of the Milestone logistics platform to ESR, the largest direct real estate deal in Australian history
  • Major joint ventures and platform transactions across the logistics, living, student accommodation, healthcare and commercial sectors

You will be exposed to large-scale, strategic transactions across the real estate and infrastructure asset classes, often working alongside international counsel and investment teams.

About You

As our ideal candidate, you're eager to work on high-profile and technically challenging transactions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

  • At least five years' post-admission experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate, or real estate and infrastructure transactions
  • A strong interest in large-scale real asset transactions involving private capital, real estate and infrastructure sectors
  • A proactive and commercial mindset, with the ability to navigate complex legal and business issues
  • Exceptional drafting and analytical skills
  • The ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • A genuine interest in developing your career in a high-performing team
