If that gets you excited, let's talk.About the Role (What You'll Be Doing)In light of our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help shape and deliver products that improve patient experiences and drive business impact in our international markets, namely Japan. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap definition through to delivery and iteration, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve meaningful problems for our patients. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to set direction, make evidence-based trade-offs, and move quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.This role reports directly to the Taylor McCarthy, Head of Expansion - Japan (based in Tokyo, JP) and will work closely with:Justin Teo, Head of International Expansion & General Manager - Japan (based in Tokyo, JP)Function Leaders across the Japan team - Growth, Product, Operations, and Business OperationsThe role is initially focussed on Japan , however has the potential to grow into a role covering regional operations as the business grows.Capabilities you'll be responsible forProduct StrategyTranslate product, technology, market, and social trends into a clear product vision and competitive positioningDefine and communicate your team's product roadmap quarterly, with strong rationale for prioritisationAssess the viability of opportunities using market research, product analytics, and business modelling, recommending top prioritiesCreate and report on team OKRsProduct DeliveryCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, test, and deliver solutions to patient needsDesign and run experiments, analyse results, and apply insights to drive impactWrite Feature Specs (problem definition, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics) and define MVPs vs. scalable featuresManage the product backlog and actively participate in agile ceremoniesConduct customer research and analyse data to deeply understand patient journeys, needs, and pain pointsStakeholder and Team EngagementWork cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Brands, and Clinical teams to deliver cohesive patient experiences and coordinated launchesAlign the team around the product vision, customer needs, differentiation, and business valueAbout You (Who We're Looking For)Skills and experience5+ years of product management experience with agile development teams, ideally on consumer-facing products (mobile experience a plus)Proven ability to translate strategy into high-impact product decisions in a fast-paced startup environment, with a strong bias for action and a "get things done" attitude.Strong analytical and data-informed mindset; comfortable interpreting data to drive decisions (proficiency with SQL a plus)Ability to work effectively with international teams and a strong understanding of international consumers, particularly in tailoring solutions for local markets (e.g., JP customers)Why Join Euc?Our teams are incredibly passionate - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong.
