Duties & Responsibilities

  • Command the Numbers: Oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance across a complex, multinational landscape—ensuring absolute integrity and clarity.
  • Drive Performance: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, providing the critical insights that fuel strategic decisions and sustainable growth.
  • Innovate Relentlessly: Champion process and systems improvement, leveraging ERP and analytics tools to deliver smarter, faster, and more accurate outcomes.
  • Inspire Excellence: Mentor and empower a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

  • Safeguard the Future: Ensure rigorous compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, and manage key relationships with auditors, banks, and partners.

Who You Are

  • CA/CPA qualified with a proven track record in senior financial controller or group finance roles - ideally within mining, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial environments.
  • You could also be a Director Level mover out of a Big 4 External Audit Division, wanting to move into the commercial world in an ASX listed environment
  • A master of financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance in complex, fast-paced businesses.
  • A systems thinker and process optimiser, fluent in ERP and analytics platforms (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, PowerBI).
  • An inspiring leader and communicator, able to influence at every level and build high-performing, future-ready teams.
