Automotive Accessory Fitter – 4WD Suspension Specialist

Location: Bayswater, Pakenham & Carrum Downs

We're growing fast and are on the hunt for another skilled team member to join Offroad Animal Bayswater, Pakenham & Carrum Downs— all family-run 4x4 workshops that take pride in creating high-end custom builds. From bull bars to complete accessory fit-outs, we only use trusted brands and deliver work we'd be proud to put our name to.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced 4WD Accessory Fitter with hands-on experience. Your main focus will be fitting bull bars, winches, and lift kits, as well as getting involved in full custom builds that are a little out of the ordinary.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Installing bull bars and performing suspension upgrades (diff drops, upper control arms, etc.)
  • Fitting a variety of 4WD accessories including snorkels, bullbars, and body lift kits
  • Ensuring every job is finished to a high standard through thorough quality checks
  • Keeping your work area organised, clean, and safe
  • Working closely with a friendly, supportive team
