Automotive Accessory Fitter – 4WD Suspension Specialist

Location: Bayswater, Pakenham & Carrum Downs

We're growing fast and are on the hunt for another skilled team member to join Offroad Animal Bayswater, Pakenham & Carrum Downs— all family-run 4x4 workshops that take pride in creating high-end custom builds. From bull bars to complete accessory fit-outs, we only use trusted brands and deliver work we'd be proud to put our name to.

Our crew is small, our standards are high, and we know life outside of work matters too.


About the Role

We're looking for an experienced 4WD Accessory Fitter with hands-on experience. Your main focus will be fitting bull bars, winches, and lift kits, as well as getting involved in full custom builds that are a little out of the ordinary.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Installing bull bars and performing suspension upgrades (diff drops, upper control arms, etc.)
  • Fitting a variety of 4WD accessories including snorkels, bullbars, and body lift kits
  • Ensuring every job is finished to a high standard through thorough quality checks
  • Keeping your work area organised, clean, and safe
  • Working closely with a friendly, supportive team

What You'll Bring

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work solo or alongside others
  • Pride in your work and reliability on the job
  • Current manual driver's license (essential)
  • Your own tools for (required)
