Kiddiwinks Play, Laugh & Learn is thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art early learning centre in Marsden Park

We're on the lookout for passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic educators to join our growing family — from trainees and Certificate III educators to Diploma-qualified professionals and Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs).

Ideally we are seeking educators to join our 0-2yrs team.

At KIDDIWINKS, we're more than just a childcare provider — we're a family-run organisation led by experienced Early Childhood Teachers who are deeply committed to delivering exceptional education and care. We are seeking educators who:

  • Have a genuine passion for working with children aged 0–6 years
  • Preferred 12+ months experience in an early childhood setting
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Can confidently engage in digital programming and documentation
  • Hold a Statement of Attainment in Child Protection
  • Have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
  • Understand the Education and Care National Regulations (preferred)
  • Bring a professional, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
  • Exhibit a deep knowledge of child development and a commitment to quality outcomes
