The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate, fun-loving Educators to join our growing team. If you have a genuine love for children and are excited about helping them learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you

In this role, you will:

  • Care for and educate children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
  • Work full-time on a rotating roster within the centre.
  • Apply your knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to deliver quality care and education.
  • Partner with families to support each child's development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement engaging learning experiences.
  • Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment.
About You

You are someone who brings warmth, enthusiasm, and initiative to your work. You love what you do and want to be part of a team that values both children and educators equally.

You'll bring:

  • A Diploma, Certificate III, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Confidence (or eagerness to learn) in making observations, planning, and programming.
  • A fun, playful, and engaging energy – you're confident leading group time and sparking joy in your room
  • A nurturing and caring approach with children.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a bonus — join our Mandarin bilingual program team
