About the Role

We're seeking Cert III and Dip Educators to form our team and ensure this service is considered not only a high quality service, but the best in the area.

All Sydney is acceptable, but this role would be ideal for candidates living in the catchment areas of:

  • Randwick
  • Botany Bay
  • Zetland
  • Kensington
  • Hurstville
  • Coogee
  • South Coogee
  • Maroubra
  • Ashfield
  • Burwood

Daily Job:

  • Programming and monthly reporting to parents
  • Consistently improve centre performance
  • Attract, convert, and retain enrollments by engaging and building rapport with parents, families, and community networks
  • Provide professional development pathway opportunities for your team

Requirements:

  • Cert III, Dip Full time position, no visa or working condition
  • Possesses on-floor work experience and a strong passion for working with children, particularly those aged 2 to 3 years old.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF with proven results
  • A dynamic personality, creativity and a clear passion for early childhood education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A cooperative team player who loves and respects children in all their individuality and developmental stages
  • Commitment to excellence in early childhood
