Early Childhood Educator – 12-Month Maternity Leave Role (Part Time)

Wilcox Street Early Education Centre is a family-owned, boutique early learning centre located in the heart of Albury. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our experienced and friendly team.

This is a 12-month maternity leave position commencing in December, offered on a part-time basis (4 days per week), with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.

About Us

Wilcox Street Early Education Centre is a 49-place Centre featuring newly renovated learning environments and excellent resources to support children's learning and development. We pride ourselves on a positive workplace culture, a long-standing team, and a supportive community of families.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and versatile educator who can confidently work across the Centre with children aged 0–5 years. The ideal candidate will be professional, team-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality education and care.

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Successfully completed or currently studying).
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis)
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
