We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Site Services and Facilities Coordinator to join us in our Operations & Maintenance team in Mount Isa on a full time max term basis for 6 months.
Reporting to the Station Manager, you will play a key role in providing assistance and support for the operations team. Day to day execution of administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication between different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day running of the APA site induction process for contractors and visitors
- Administrative support: Assist with documentation, scheduling, and organizing files.
- Communication and coordination: Act as a central point of contact, schedule meetings, and facilitate collaboration.
- Stakeholder management: Engage and support stakeholders, handle queries, and ensure satisfaction.
- Work with internal stakeholders on community grant programs
- Work with the Head of Power Operations East on delivering site on Apa initiatives
Your background
- Organizational skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Communication skills: Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear understanding and successful project coordination.
- Problem-solving abilities: Proactively identify and address project issues and risks, proposing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Attention to detail: Diligently review project documentation, schedules, and budgets to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements

The Operations & Maintenance team exist to safely operate APA Diamantina power facility in an efficient and cost-effective manner to enable APA to achieve its business strategy and goals, extract maximum value from its assets, and deliver value for its customers.
