Working at SwanCare means more than 'just a job', we enrich lives for a living and pride ourselves on providing quality care, accommodation, and services to our residents. There is a reason we are one of WA's leading not-for-profit aged care providers since 1961

At SwanCare, aged care reform isn't just a challenge, it's an opportunity. We're embracing change and redefining excellence to deliver a new era of quality, person-centred care. This newly created senior leadership position will drive the design and implementation of quality systems that deliver safe, accountable and compassionate care across all SwanCare services.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership for clinical education and capability development, empowering teams to deliver consistently high standards of care.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, manage risk, and implement sustainable improvements in care delivery.
