External Sales Representative – Construction

We're an established business supplying high-quality and affordable building materials — including windows, doors, and other in-demand products for both residential and commercial clients.

We're looking for a motivated External Sales Representative who's ready to hit the road, meet clients, and grow their portfolio with support from our young, energetic team and access to a brand-new showroom.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Promote and sell our range of products and services
  • Identify and pursue new business through cold calls, networking, and site visits
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders, tradies, and homeowners
  • Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline
  • Bring clients to our showroom for product meetings and demonstrations
  • Record all sales activities in our CRM and follow up to close deals
What We're Looking For

  • Ambitious junior sales reps looking to develop their career in construction, or, experienced reps or sales agents with an existing client base seeking extra income

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to build trust

  • Self-driven, organised, and motivated by results
  • Own reliable car and valid driver's licence (essential)
  • Willingness to learn — full training provided
  • Previous sales experience in construction or related fields highly regarded but not essential
