About the Role
Provide dedicated support in the administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of the company's Health and Safety Management System. This role ensures that safety processes are well-documented, accurately reported, and effectively communicated across the business, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Health & Safety Management System documentation and records in line with relevant International Standards and legislative requirements.
- Prepare, analyse, and present HSSE performance reports and data to management and stakeholders.
- Support internal audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate incident, risk, and claims reporting processes including providing expert advice.
- Contribute to system updates, document control, and version management.
- Assist in developing and delivering safety communications, training, lessons learnt and presentations.
- Support the National Operations and Engineering Manager with governance, reporting, and system oversight.
- Track completion of key elements of the Risk and Compliance programme and communicate results and deficiencies to the appropriate managers
Key Skills and Capabilities
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
- Skilled in reporting, data management, and presentation of safety performance information.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Knowledge of ISO45001 (Safety), ISO14001 (Environmental), ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO31000 (Risk Management) frameworks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Collaborative and professional approach to stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Work Health and Safety (minimum requirement).
- Additional qualifications in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field (highly regarded).
- 3-5 year's experience in a similar role
- Strong demonstrated experience in health and safety administration, reporting, or systems coordination roles.
