The Opportunity
  • Take full accountability for national performance, profitability, and market expansion.

  • Secure and negotiate key commercial agreements to strengthen market presence.

About You

You are a dynamic and resilient leader with a proven record of driving commercial turnarounds and growth. You will bring:

  • Demonstrated success in P&L leadership across large, complex, multi-site businesses.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience leading turnaround strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to secure and manage major commercial partnerships.
  • A motivational leadership style, able to re-energise and align teams to deliver with agility.
  • A recognised degree, supporting your credibility as a strategic and commercial business leader.
  • Experience leading national operations, with the flexibility to travel extensively.
