The role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated medical devices sales Senior Product Specialist to join our Gastrointestinal (GI) division. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical technologies, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.
The role of a Product Specialist is to actively promote, educate and support the adoption of the specified portfolio of Endotherapeutics products. Responsibilities will include:
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the GI division
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including gastroenterologists, surgeons, and hospital staff
- Provide product education, in-service training, and technical support to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize territory performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support
Territory: All QLD
About you
- Education: Tertiary qualifications preferred
- A minimum of 2-3 years success within a medical device sales or similar role
- Background in handling GI portfolio/products preferred
- Territory management experience within QLD
- The ability to develop strong customer relationships and provide a high level of customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to learn and communicate clinical, scientific and technical information
- The capability to build and analyse sales reports
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
- Outstanding sales competency
- Organised, punctual and professional always
- Excellent listening skills, ambition, authenticity, and resilience
