With over 50 years experience in accounting, it is our goal to help our clients grow, and for their businesses to reach their full potential. We consistently strive to provide a superior customer service experience, and endeavour to work closely with all of our clients to ensure that their needs are met. Qualifications & experience
- This position is NOT an entry level role. The applicant must possess the following:
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Equivalent.
- At least two years of experience working in an administrative or receptionist role in a busy working environment (experience in an accounting firm is preferred, but experience in other professional industry offices will be considered).
- Experience using Xero XPM, HQ and Xero for business.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience using ATO Online Services for Agents.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills when dealing with clients and government agencies.
- A strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phones and delegating messages to staff
- Processing client mail
- Booking Client Appointments
- New client on-boarding
- Setting up client jobs in XPM
- Payroll processing
- Quoting, invoicing and debtor management
- Managing client ASIC Annual Review Process, and lodging other ASIC forms where required
