Part-Time Specialist Receptionist with immediate start until 17th July 2026

Sunshine Kids Clinic is a Specialist Practice looking for a friendly, professional and organised Medical Receptionist who can work well in a team and autonomously.

This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing Paediatrician.

To be successful, you will have had previous experience in Specialist or GP rooms and have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

We Have:

A great opportunity for a professional Receptionist on a part-time basis to work 3 days a fortnight with the ability to cover for leave and sick leave. There may be additional 3-5 hours a fortnight for a high-skill candidate hours per fortnight)

You Have:

  • Experience in medical reception/administration
  • Good IT/computer skills and familiarity with Genie Software is preferable
  • Manage patient bookings via email, telephone and in person
  • Experience with patient billings Via Medicare Online
  • Enthusiasm, motivation with initiative to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An impeccable work ethic.
