We are recruiting for a Transport and FCL Depot Manager Based out of West Melbourne you will be reporting to General Manager, VIC
What Your days can look like:
- Lead Operations:Oversee transport, depot, and repairs & maintenance teams to ensure seamless and efficient daily operations.
- Drive Performance:Implement continuous improvement strategies to achieve financial and operational targets while maximising profitability.
- Foster Relationships:Strengthen internal and external stakeholder partnerships, maintain strong customer connections, and explore new business opportunities.
- Ensure Compliance:Monitor and enforce safety regulations, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and NHVR compliance to maintain operational integrity.
- Inspire Your Team:Mentor, guide, and develop team members to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Optimise Processes:Ensure facilities run efficiently, securely, and in alignment with ACFS standards and business objectives.
- Strategic Planning:Collaborate with the QLD State Manager on key initiatives and align transport and depot operations with company goals.
- Operational Excellence:Lead by example, setting benchmarks for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Demonstrated experience in Transport Management, with bonus points for expertise in terminal logistics,
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a results-driven focus in fast-paced environments.
- Strong planning, organisational, and communication abilities to drive operational success.
- In-depth knowledge of CoR and NHVR regulations, including fatigue, mass, and maintenance requirements.
