**LABOUR CONNECT**

Will be responsible for coordinating FCL & LCL movements of import and export containers & consignments. Great entry level position with training and support provided to an individual interested in getting into this type of role. Individuals do not need to have direct experience however do need to come with an excellent attitude and some foundational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate FCL movements of import and export containers.
- Coordinate LCL transport
- Allocate trucks and liaise with drivers.
- Ensure container slot bookings are checked and correct (relevant to wharf/container parks).
- De-hiring of containers.
- Timely and accurate updating of our transport management system.
- Optimise fleet operations.
- Other duties as when required.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Have a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft Excel and Outlook with an ability to learn and understand new programs.
- Willing to learn and be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Basic Job Requirements**:
Accurate and timely data entry skills. Excellent communication, attention to detail, time management and customer service skills.

Organised, self-motivated, and problem solver.

Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously.

**In fulfilling this position, you can expect to work an 8-9-hour shift, Monday to Friday primarily onsite.
