Job Overview:

As a Floor Supervisor, your duties will include but not limited too;

  • Supervising the Food & Beverage team to ensure your team are performing their role at the expected level
  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager with restaurant operations
  • Continually motivate, creating an enjoyable, engaging and progressive work environment
  • Supporting the team on the floor by welcoming guests, taking orders and ensuring each guest is satisfied
  • Cash-ups/reconciliations at the end of shift

About YOU:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' supervisory experience in a similar role
  • A Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
  • Demonstrate an advanced leadership approach and goal driven
  • Customer focused and passion to create an exceptional customer dining experience
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
