As the Studio Manager of Sydney's first Helix House, you are at the forefront of the studio, leading the community and our team of staff and ensuring the space is consistently well presented and functional.

**The Role;**

**Customer Relations Management and Studio Operations**

Manage all Acuity activities relating to account maintenance, subscriptions and bookings

Responsible for conversion from intro offers to package sales and memberships
- Manage client retention by ensuring the best in studio experience as possible by;
Ensuring all staff are trained to provide exceptional service

Ensuring the Studio look and feel, maintenance and cleanliness are maintained at all times

Respond to urgent matters immediately and undertake appropriate solutions
- Manage local social media accounts by posting regular content relevant to your community - educational, promotional etc.
- Responsible for the community culture within the Helix House studio;
Organise regular social events / additional offerings for members

**Staff Management / Rostering**
- Manage your studio staff roster via Deputy
- Assisting with the recruitment of new staff

Reviewing CVs, arranging / overseeing trial sessions and interviews
- Manage conflict, provide feedback where required to ensure the optimal working relationship is maintained & the best possible service is being delivered
- Manage staff ongoing training

upskill, introduce new offers and keep the team educated
- Responsible for training new staff on all studio processes and procedures

**Studio Performance & Sales**
- Responsible for the studio performance to target
- Sales - Conversion

Responsible for managing the process of lead to member
- Sales - Retention

Responsible for the maintaining positive relationships with members
- Sales - Lead Generation / Outreach

Responsible for local lead generation / outreach activities

Managing the lead conversion process as a result of this activity

Manage local social media account with by posting regular organic content

**Front of House**
- Set the standard for customer experience through your interactions with all clients
- Greet clients and educate clients on the benefits of hot and cold exposure
- Turnover and set up rooms between client appointments
- Manage movement of clients between appointments and modalities

**Retail Inventory Management**
- Maintaining visual merchandising display changes to ensure the retail area appears fresh
- Ensure all stock levels are managed and maintained

**Salary**: $67,500.00 - $72,500.00 per year

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)
