- Previous work experience in hospitality customer service
- Atleast 18 years old, with RSA, and authorised to work in Australia
- Can provide a premium level of customer service
- Can organise and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Has the right positive attitude, motivated, and a team player

**About the job**:

- Greet and provide warm customer service to guests
- Work with fellow hospitality team members to ensure quality service
- Take orders, clean tables, provide guest bills, and process payments
- Attend queries and provide the best advice to customers on their dining experience
- Follow and maintain quality standard
